Product Condition Disclaimer

All merchandise offered on our website is pre-owned but has never been used or worn. Items may have been handled for display, photography, or content creation purposes only. We ensure that every product is carefully inspected and maintained to meet our quality standards, providing you with items in excellent, like-new condition.

Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Interalia Boutique reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Other Conditions

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Interalia Boutique reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

All third-party trademarks, trade names, logos, team names, designs, and other intellectual property displayed on or in connection with merchandise offered for sale remain the property of their respective owners. References to such trademarks and intellectual property are used solely to identify, describe, and accurately represent the merchandise being offered for resale.

Unless expressly stated on a product listing, Interalia Boutique does not represent itself as an authorized dealer, distributor, licensee, or official retailer of any third-party brand, team, league, or manufacturer.

PRODUCT CONDITION & DESCRIPTIONS

Interalia Boutique sells merchandise in a variety of conditions, including:

  • New With Tags (NWT)

  • New Without Tags (NWOT)

  • Vintage

  • Collectible

Each item is individually listed and should be evaluated based on the photographs, condition designation, measurements, and description provided on its product page.

Because some merchandise is pre-owned, vintage, or collectible, normal signs of age, storage, previous ownership, or minor variations may be present. Any material condition issues known to Interalia Boutique will be disclosed in the product listing when reasonably identifiable.

Customers are encouraged to review all product photographs, descriptions, sizing information, and condition information before completing a purchase.

EXCHANGES ONLY — 

All sales are final. Interalia Boutique does not accept returns for refunds.

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, or modified after delivery and must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories, where applicable.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, except where the exchange results from an incorrect item shipped by Interalia Boutique or another error attributable to Interalia Boutique.

All exchanges are subject to merchandise availability. Because many products may be unique, vintage, collectible, discontinued, or available in limited quantities, an identical replacement cannot be guaranteed.

Clearance merchandise and products specifically marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be provided outside this policy except where required by applicable law.

PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES

Unless specifically marked Final Sale, merchandise purchased during a promotional event remains eligible for exchange under the standard 7-day Exchange Policy.

Promotional discounts do not entitle customers to cash refunds, credits for the difference between promotional and regular prices, or retroactive price adjustments unless expressly stated.

Specific promotions may contain additional eligibility requirements, exclusions, purchase thresholds, dates, or other terms. When applicable, those promotional terms will be displayed with the offer.

GRAND OPENING PROMOTION

For the Interalia Boutique Grand Opening promotion, customers who purchase 3 or more eligible items in a single transaction receive 50% off the eligible merchandise in that transaction.

The promotion is scheduled for October 30 through Novenber 13, 2026, unless modified or extended by Interalia Boutique.

The qualifying discount applies only to eligible merchandise and does not apply to taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, or merchandise specifically excluded from the promotion.

Clearance and Final Sale merchandise may be excluded from the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, promotional discounts cannot be combined with other coupons, promotional codes, or discounts.

Qualifying promotional merchandise remains eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery unless the merchandise is specifically identified as Final Sale.

SHIPPING & EXCHANGE SHIPPING

Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed during checkout where applicable.

Any free-shipping threshold is calculated after promotional discounts and before applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Customers requesting an eligible exchange are responsible for exchange-related shipping costs unless Interalia Boutique shipped an incorrect item or made another fulfillment error.

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Interalia Boutique's reasonable control.

COPYRIGHT & WEBSITE CONTENT

Original photographs, graphics, written descriptions, website designs, promotional materials, and other original content created or owned by Interalia Boutique may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior authorization.

This restriction does not claim ownership over third-party trademarks, logos, artwork, designs, photographs, or other intellectual property belonging to their respective owners.

Third-party trademarks, logos, team insignia, brand names, and designs visible on merchandise remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely as necessary to identify and describe the merchandise being offered for resale.
