Interalia Boutique is an independent reseller of new and pre-owned apparel, footwear, sports merchandise, vintage items, and collectibles acquired from individuals, collectors, and other lawful secondary-market sources.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Interalia Boutique is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with any sports league, professional or collegiate sports team, athlete, manufacturer, designer, or brand whose products may be offered for sale on this website.

All brand names, team names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and other intellectual property appearing on products offered for resale remain the property of their respective owners. References to brands, teams, leagues, players, and manufacturers are used for product identification and descriptive purposes only.

Authenticity Policy

Interalia Boutique is committed to offering merchandise that we reasonably believe to be authentic.

Items may be inspected using available indicators such as labels, tags, product codes, materials, construction, stitching, logos, packaging, provenance, and other relevant characteristics. However, unless a product listing expressly states that an item has been authenticated by a named independent authentication service, Interalia Boutique does not represent that the item has undergone third-party authentication.

Product Condition Disclosure

Interalia Boutique sells merchandise in multiple conditions, including:

New With Tags (NWT): An item represented as unused with original retail tags attached. Original packaging may not be included unless specifically stated.

New Without Tags (NWOT): An item represented as unused but without original retail tags attached. The item may have been stored, displayed, handled, or acquired through the secondary market.

Exchanges Related to Authenticity

If a customer believes an item purchased from Interalia Boutique may not be authentic, the customer should contact Interalia Boutique within 7 calendar days after delivery to request an exchange of the same monetary value as purchased.

Exchanges Only: All sales are final. Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery and must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original tags and accessories, if applicable. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. Clearance and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange. No returns are accepted except where required by applicable law. Interalia Boutique may request photographs, documentation, or an assessment from a reputable independent authentication service before determining the appropriate resolution. Items must not be altered, damaged, repaired, customized, or otherwise materially changed after delivery if the customer intends to make an authenticity-related claim.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
